Cary Simons Nelson is a top-producing agent at Kurfiss Sotheby’s International Realty with over 17 years of experience.  She has successfully served clients in the Greater Philadelphia area including Bucks County, Montgomery County, Chester County, the Main Line and select markets in New Jersey. Cary has lived in Bucks County, Chester County, Montgomery County and Philadelphia. Her in-depth knowledge of these areas combined with her negotiation skills and real estate experience make her a true asset and enable her to consistently maximize her clients’ results. Cary has a diverse background and experience representing clients in a broad range of property types, including luxury homes, architecturally significant and historic properties, equestrian properties, new construction, multi-family and commercial real estate. She has a proven track record and her recurring business and client referrals serve as a true testament to her success. 

Cary is a second-generation real estate agent who has been immersed in real estate her entire life. Her mother, Gwen Simons, has over 30 years of experience as a successful real-estate agent and her father was a second-generation builder. She previously managed marketing, graphic design, public relations and photography for an architectural firm and construction company. Simons earned a B.F.A. degree in Graphic Design and Marketing with a minor in Art History from West Chester University. Her family background along with her previous work experience has fueled Cary’s passion for the real estate industry and established a powerful network of contacts that now inform and empower her practice.
