About Larry Nelson

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Larry had more than two decades of experience in pharmaceutical and medical-device sales. He owned and operated a spinal implant distribution company and a durable medical equipment company that served the Tri-State area. After selling his companies, he made a focused shift from founder and business owner to premier real estate agent as a way not only to collaborate with his wife, top-selling real estate agent Cary Simons, but also to help clients find the best homes for their needs. In addition to his extensive sales and marketing experience, Larry holds a business degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Born and raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Larry has lived and worked in the greater Philadelphia area for the majority of his life. He and Cary are one of the Philadelphia area’s top-tier real estate teams serving clients in Bucks County, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery & Philadelphia counties, as well as select markets in New Jersey.
